Morning departure for Rome. Today enjoy the breathtaking landscape of Tuscany. We first visit San Gimignano and then continue to Siena, the city of St Catherine well known for the medieval horse race “il Palio”. We visit the church of San Domenico where the famous relic of St. Catherine can be observed, time is given to perform an impromptu. Our tour ends on Piazza del Campo where twice a year the legendary medieval horse race takes place. Late afternoon check –in at hotel in Rome before dinner at a local restaurant.
Morning guided tour of ancient Rome including Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus Piazza Venezia. Visit a local high school and perform for their students and faculty. In the afternoon tour of the Vatican museums including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica. Performance during liturgy at 6pm mass at main altar.
